A lovely Christmas morning

Right now, I'm sitting downstairs on Christmas morning waiting for everyone to get up. It's very peaceful and I just love this time of year. I'm very glad to be home... even if it is just a short break. I made the drive in two days with my boys in the backseat; it was uneventful, which was great. I've been super busy since I've gotten back; doing A LOT of shopping since I had done basically zero and running around with mom. Finals this block went quite well- as well as I could've expected, anyway. Made A's in everything except Pharmacology, which I was expecting to get a B (which I did). Awesome.
I've got a lot of friends and family to see over break and I'm so excited to go down for new years to go see my two wives Jackie and Megan. I miss them SO MUCH; it's been a year since I've seen their faces... far far too long. ;_;
I'm also kind of excited to get back to CoMo... though liking the break. I've got an amazing girlfriend back home now and I miss her a ton. I can't wait to give her her gifts, either! I hope she likes them. We are going to make things official on facebook sometime after break. I had a few people (and still do) that I needed to tell- that I've mainly been seeing someone (though a few didn't even know I was gay). But so far its going okay. Plus, I didn't want to deal with the whole family thing if I posted it before seeing them... they will probably need a bit of time to processes it (a few family members who are actually on facebook, anyway- the extended family).
Well, hopefully we will be opening up gifts here soon! Merry Christmas!

Almost Break

I really should update more often... I feel like time just flies by. We have two more weeks left in this block (IP7, I think?) Crazy! It's been a pretty interesting block with the start of Pharmacology (definitely not fun), Special Path has continued and is almost over, and we've got an Emergency Response class, Business class, and Public Health class that aren't too bad. Just some homework assignments that we've got to do in those.
Halloween was fun! I finished my Guitar in time for that. It didn't hold up the entire night, but worked for what I needed it for. So I was pleased with it! Now to figure out exactly how to improve it for SDCC 2015 (Which I DID get tickets for!! I'll be heading back out to California July 8th!) I've already got my flights booked, too!
The boys have been doing quite well- Fenway didn't have any abnormalities in his bloodwork- so his PU/PD is a mystery still. I just decided to keep an eye on him for now. He will be neutered sometime late February/early March. Whenever I have time to get him in. Beamer did great for his Golden Retriever Lifetime Study appointment; everything came back great on him as well. So happy with that! He also rocked out his first agility trial ever (mine as well!) We Q'd both days in Novice preferred Standard (with two 100's) and Q'd on Saturday in Novice preferred Jumpers with a 95 (I think?) We NQ'd on that Sunday in Jumpers because he backwards weaved through the poles... oh well. I was very very happy with his performance.
I also went home for part of Thanksgiving break; I flew home for a few days. It was a nice break... too short, though. I'll be leaving to go home in two weeks time, so I can't complain (though our break is only two weeks long... not nearly long enough to recover). At least I'll have the boys with me this time.
I also have some pretty promising news in the relationship department (wow, it's been so long since I feel like I've had any kind of positive things to say about it). I've been talking with this girl for a few weeks and we met up the night before I left for Thanksgiving break at Soco (the gay club in town). We had fun and I really enjoyed her company! She's a nerd/video game/anime lover, etc. like me. We've seen each other a few times since then and I really can't get her off my mind. We talked to make sure we are on the same page with things and I said I would rather wait until after the holidays to start messing around with titles/labels and things. So, we will probably make things official in January sometime as long as things keep moving right along. :)
